I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northwest one -quarter of the Northeast one -quarter and the Northeast
one -quarter of the Northwest one -quarter of Section 16, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast one -quarter of
Section 16; thence South 00049'51" East along the West line of said
Northeast one -quarter 445.01 feet to the place of beginning of the
parcel hereinafter described; thence North 88040'09" East 88.21 feet to
a point on the centerline of a creek; thence South 55054151" East along
said centerline 109.02 feet; thence South 41°24'51" East along the afore-
mentioned centerline 129.73 feet; thence Soutb 87°23'03" West 426.50 feet
to a point on the East right--of-way line of Pioneer Drive; thence North
01°31'27" West along said East right-of-way line 172.00 feet; thence
North 88040'09" East 166.39 feet to the point of beginning, containing
59,110 square feet or 1.357 acres.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of the Herbert Holtz Estate, Delbert Holtz as personal
representative.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of
the Wisconsin Statutes and Ordinances of the City of Muskego in survey-
