I, Edward A. Hurley, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify that I
have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9;
thence South 01'13'04" East along the East line of said Quarter Section 109.60
feet to a point on the centerline of State Trunk Highway "24"; thence South
62'00'56" West along said centerline 546.87 feet to a point on the centerline
of Westwood Drive; thence the following bearings and distances along said
centerline; South 27'59'04" East 200.00 feet to the P.C. of a curve; 86.59
feet along the are of said curve, radius of 185.36 feet the center of which
lies to the West and a chord bearing South 14'36'04" East 85.81 feet to the
P.T. of said curve; South 01`13'04" East 507.61 feet to the P.C. of a curve;
91.70 feet along the arc of said curve, radius of 178.74 Feet, the center of
which lies to the West and chord bearing South 13'28147" West 90.70 feet to a
point of reverse curve; 2.60 feet along the arc of said curve, radius of 228.74
feet, the center of which lies to the East and chord bearing South 27'51'05.5"
West 2.60 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described; thence
continuing on said reverse curve and along the centerline of Westwood Drive,
113.69 feet along the arc of said curve, radius of 228.74 feet, the center
of which lies to the East and chord bearing South 13'17'13" West 112.52 feet;
thence South 89'09'50" West 185.00 feet; thence North 11°46'40" East 111.82
feet; thence North 89'09'50" East 188.41 feet to the place of beginning en-
closing approximately 19,844.43 sq. ft.
Excepting and dedicating therefrom a strip of land 25 feet in width,
lying West of and adjacent to the above described centerline of Westwood
Drive for read purposes.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of
Raymond W. Ingold & Marguerite A. Ingold, his wife, owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the Land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and ordinances of the City of Muskego in surveying, divid-
ing and mapping the same.
