THAT I have surveyed and mapped all that part of the Southeast one -quarter of the North-
east one -quarter of Section 29, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows, to -wit: Commencifig at a point -on the
South line of the said Northeast quarter section d;stant North 890 32.f 23" West 822.40 feet
from the Southeast corner thereof; thence North E9 321 2311 West along said South line'
523.81 feet to a point in the centerline of Parker Road; thence North 430 211 1011 East along
said centerline 181.54 feet; thence South 890 321 23' East 400.25 feet; thence South 00 271
3711 West 133-00 feet to the point of commencement and containing 1.410 acres of land -more or
less, excepting and dedicating therefrom the South 40 feet and the Westerly 40 feet, meaeured
at right angles, to the centerline of Parker Road for future road purposes.
THAT such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the land
surveyed and the land division thereof made.
THAT I have Made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Emery C. Miller
and Irma Nee Miller, his wife, owners of said land.
