That I have made such survey, land division and plat under the direction of
the owners listed below.
All that part of the Northeast One -quarter and Southeast One -quarter of the
Southeast One -quarter of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows%
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 4; thence North Ol degree 09
minutes 20 seconds East, aloe the East line of said section, 871.45 feet, thence
North 88 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds West, perpendicular to said East line, 33.00
feet to the place of beginning of the parcel hereinafter described; thence con-
