This tavern Section 4.06 (3) states that any such fegal non-conforodng was there prior to the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and, as a conditiopal use, as were many other taverns in 1963 when therefore, was legal non-conforming and could be reclassified the Zoning Ordinance was adopted.
