Subject: Request for no parking signs along Audrey Court, Aud Mar Drive, & Ladwig
Drive
Date: November 17, 2020
A request has been made to the Public Works and Safety Committee to install no parking
signs along Audrey Court, Aud Mar Drive, and Ladwig Drive. The parking restrictions
would be on one side of the road only. Currently, there are no parking restrictions on any
of these roads.
I have attached the request by Aud Mar Estates Subdivision Association and an aerial map
for your review. The request is for specific days and times.
Please remember, once “No Parking” signs go up they affect all the residents on that road.
Holidays, graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these
signs.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
The Committee should listen to all the discussion and make a recommendation.
Again “No Parking” signs go up they affect all people on that road. Holidays,
graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these signs.
It is important to make sure all residents along these roads are aware of these
potential parking restrictions.
A defined “No Parking” limit needs to be determined on each of the roads
