LIBRARY BOARD PERSONNEL COMMITTEE Packet - 11/25/2019 (3)CITY OF MUSKEGO LIBRARY BOARD PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AGENDA 11/25/2019 4:00 PM Library Conference Room, S73 W16663 Janesville Road CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT APPROVAL OF MINUTES January 15, 2019 Minutes CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT UNFINSHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Discussion/Action: 2019 Library Director Evaluation NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION The Library Board Personnel Committee of the City of Muskego will meet at approximately 4:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as time permits on Monday, November 25, 2019 in the Library Conference Room, Muskego Public Library, S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin, following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, to vote on a motion to convene in closed session at said time and place for discussion/action relative to: Discussion/Action relative to the 2019 Library Director Evaluation. The Library Board Personnel Committee will hold the closed session in the Library Conference Room at the Library. A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c) , which authorizes a governmental body, upon motion duly made and carried, to meet in closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Library Board Personnel Committee will convene in open session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of the above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been Packet Page 1 acted upon. OPEN SESSION COMMUNICATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT NOTICE PLEASE NOTE: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-mentioned meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through appropriate aids and services. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Present were Trustees Heinowski, Darkow, President Robertson and Director Larson. ROLL CALL STATEMENET OF PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT APPROVAL OF MINUTES Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve the November 20, 2018 Minutes, Trustee Heinowski seconded. Motion Passed 3 in favor. November 20, 2018 Minutes CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Discussion: 2019 Library Director Goals NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Trustee Darkow made a motion to enter closed session, Trustee Heinowski seconded. Motion Passed 3 in favor. Entered Closed Session at 4:37 PM. The Library Board Personnel Committee of the City of Muskego will meet at approximately 4:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as time permits on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in the Library Conference Room, Muskego Public Library, S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin, following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, to vote on a motion to convene in closed session at said time and place for discussion/action relative to: Discussion relative to the 2019 Library Director Goals and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate with respect to such matters.
