CALL TO ORDER
Deputy Clerk Blenski called the Board of Review meeting to order at 4:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL
The following Board of Review members were present. Gary Boisits, Lynda Guhr, Henry
Posbrig and Mara Spring. Jeremy Keil was absent. Also present: Assessor Stewart Hamel
from Tyler Technologies, City Attorney Jeff Warchol and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
BUSINESS
Select a Chairman
Henry Posbrig nominated Lynda Guhr as Chairman.
Henry Posbrig moved to accept Lynda Guhr as Chairman. Gary Boisits seconded.
Motion carried 4 in favor.
Ms. Guhr assumed the role of Chairman.
Select a Vice Chairman
Gary Boisits nominated Mara Spring.
Gary Boisits moved to accept Mara Spring as Vice Chairman. Henry Posbrig
seconded. Motion carried 4 in favor.
Verify that a Member or Members have Met the Mandatory Training Requirement
The Deputy Clerk noted that two of the five members have met the requirement. She verified
that she filed the required Training Affidavit with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
Update from the Assessor's Office and Corrections to the 2017 Assessment Roll
Stewart Hamel noted that the Assessment Roll is not complete at this time. Assessment
notices were mailed today. This is a maintenance year, which means that assessments are
updated for new construction and those property owners that took out permits.
Mr. Hamel noted one correction for 2017 Personal Property Taxes was necessary. There was
a duplicate payment made for MSKC F048 – Forefront Dermatology located at S69 W15472
Janesville Road. The business originally paid the personal property taxes as OPE Forefront
Acquisition LLC (MSKC O030).
Mara Spring moved to accept the correction. Henry Posbrig seconded. Motion
carried 4 in favor.

Mara Spring made a motion to adjourn to July 26, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. Gary Boisits
seconded; motion carried. The Board adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
