NEW BUSINESS Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth, Fish and Wildlife Deputy Commissioner Burmeister reported the following:  There were no issues with the Little Muskego Lake drawdown.  Starry Stonewort and Milfoil are increasing. Commissioner Engelhardt seconded; motion carried. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding District Fees for Subdivision Outlots Commissioner Kubacki made a motion to not charge subdivision outlots in the Lake District. Commissioner Kapusta seconded. Discussion: Chairman Chiaverotti stated there was a request to not charge the Lake District fees for subdivision outlots. Director Mueller estimated that the total dollar amount that would not be collected is $1,500.00. This may or may not be passed on to the other riparian owners. Ms. Chiaverotti noted that the fee is often paid by a Homeowner’s Association; however, some BML Board of Commissioners Page 2 10/24/2017 go defunct in time, which makes collection problematic. She stated the amounts are minimal and not charging the outlots will be more effective for all parties involved. Mr. Bill Evers of Stonebridge Way was present. He acknowledged that he made the request. Mr. Evers stated that the Big Muskego Lake District Deputy Commissioners recommended that subdivision outlots would not be charged the fee at the last meeting. Motion passed 6 in favor and Commissioner Borgman voting no. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Hammel made a motion to adjourn at 6:58 p.m. Commissioner Wolfe seconded; motion carried. Minutes transcribed by Jill Blenski, Deputy City Clerk.
