City provides agreement the School District will not have to connect to City water if School District successfully pursues a private well through the Department of Natural Resources. Option 3b. Private well utilized until which time adequate City water is made available to the property. The District would agree to connect at that time with ownership of the private well being transferred to the City for use in municipal water system. Based on the newly reported water flow numbers presented by the School District and new report by Ruckert & Mielke, School Board President Rick Petfalski has committed the School District to paying for 12" water main from Durham Drive to the new middle school.
