PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were Trustees Boschert, Robertson, Stuart, and Library Director Loeffel. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law. PUBLIC COMMENT APPROVAL OF MINUTES from January 19, 2016 Trustee Stuart made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from January 19, 2016, Trustee Robertson seconded. Motion Passed 3 in favor. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT UNFINSHED BUSINESS 2016 Library Director goals Trustee Robertson made a motion to APPROVE the 2016 Library Director goals, as presented, Trustee Stuart seconded. Motion Passed 3 in favor. COMMUNICATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT Trustee Stuart made a motion to ADJOURN at 12:19 PM, Trustee Robertson seconded.
