Chairperson Boschert called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.

Present were Trustees Boschert, Robertson, Stuart, and Library Director Loeffel.

Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

Trustee Stuart made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from January 19, 2016,
Trustee Robertson seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.

2016 Library Director goals
Trustee Robertson made a motion to APPROVE the 2016 Library Director goals, as
presented, Trustee Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
