Director Simpson distributed comments received during the January 7, 2015 Public Information
Meeting. We received six written comments, no phone calls were received. Director Simpson
asked if anyone had any changes or feedback to offer. Director Simpson explained that
information, renderings and site plans have been put on the website. No floor plans were
put up due to the sensitive nature of the Police Department.
All Aldermen were present at the Public Meeting. Alderman Kapusta asked if any comments
were received. No one reported receiving any comments.
Mayor Chiaverotti asked if there are any changes. If there are no changes then the
consultants will prepare for the bid process.
Director Simpson, the next official action would be going to the Plan Commission.
Alderman Kubacki asked at what point do they go to bid? Director Simpson, May or June at
the latest.
