Unapproved CITY OF MUSKEGO LIBRARY BOARD PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MINUTES December 15, 2015 5:45 PM Library Conference Room, S73 W16663 Janesville Road CALL TO ORDER President Boschert called the meeting to order at 5:45 pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were Trustees Boschert, Robertson, Stuart, and Library Director Loeffel. STATEMENET OF PUBLIC NOTICE Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law. PUBLIC COMMENT APPROVAL OF MINUTES from December 9, 2013 CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Trustee Robertson moved to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically Library Director evaluation. The Library Board Personnel Committee will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items. Trustee Stuart seconded. Motion passed 3 in favor. OPEN SESSION Trustee Stuart made a motion to reconvene into open session. Trustee Robertson seconded. Motion passed 3 in favor. COMMUNICATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT Trustee Robertson made a motion to adjourn at 6:15 pm, Stuart seconded. Motion passed 3 in favor.
