CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that the Library Board will convene, upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c): Considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically Library Director evaluation. The Library Board Personnel Committee
will then reconvene
into open session to continue with agenda items.

1. Call to Order
a. President Buckmaster called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Roll Call
a. Present: Joseph Boschert, De-Vito Scalzo, Aaron Robertson, Chris Buckmaster,
Library Director Pete Loeffel
4. Statement of Public Notice
a. Given on December 4, 2013
5. Approval of Minutes
a. Boschert motioned to approve the minutes for November 24, 2013.
b. Motion carried unanimously.
6. Notice of Closed Session
a. Boschert motioned to go into closed session at 7:07 PM.
b. Motion carried unanimously.
c. Boschert moved to recess closed session at 8:34 PM for 5 minutes at 8:40 to
reconvene.
d. Motion carried unanimously.
e. Roberston moved to move back into closed session at 8:45 PM.
f. Motion carried unanimously.
7. Open Session
a. Boschert motioned to adjourn closed session and re-entered open session at
10:03 PM.
b. Motion carried unanimously.
c. Boschert motioned to forward the draft 2014 goals to the board.
d. Motion carried unanimously.
8. Adjournment
a. Boschert moved to adjourn at 10:07 PM.
