CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present: Aldermen Madden, Kubacki, Engelhardt, Kapusta, Borgman, Hammel, Wolfe, and
Mayor Chiaverotti. Director Simpson, Deputy Clerk Blenski, and John Sabinash, Zimmerman
Architectural.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Deputy Clerk Blenski stated the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 13, 2015
Alderman Borgman motioned to approve October 13, 2015 minutes. Alderman Engelhardt
seconded.
NEW BUSINESS
1.) Facilities Update
John Sabinash of Zimmerman Architectural presented an update regarding the facilities
projects, including two exterior design options for City Hall. The consensus was to show a
design option with a flat and pitched roof combination. Updated project details will be
presented at the December 8, 2015 COW meeting. A discussion regarding whether or not the
preschool program should continue in the new City Hall facility. Recreation Manager Dunn and
Director Loeffel will be present at the next meeting for more discussion.Tentative date for the
public informational meeting is Thursday, January 7, 2016.
