CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Madden, Kubacki, Engelhardt, Kapusta, Borgman, Hammel and
Wolfe. Also present: Finance and Administration Director Mueller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING - March 24, 2015
Commissioner Engelhardt made a motion to approve the March 24, 2015
minutes. Commissioner Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Commissioner Madden made a motion to approve a voucher for Marine Biochemists
in the amount of $5,593.50. Commissioner Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and
Madden. Also present: Deputy Commissioners Pilak, Schweitzer, Kies and Burmeister,
Conservation Coordinator Zagar, and District Secretary Blenski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Blenski stated the meeting was properly noticed.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #BML 001-2015 - Resolution to Apply for an Aquatic Invasive Species Grant
Commissioner Borgman made a motion to approve the resolution. Commissioner
Kubacki seconded.
Mr. Zagar stated that the Deputy Commissioners recommend applying for the grant. The
grant funds will be used to have part-time attendants present for the remainder of the
season to reduce the possibility that starry stonewart is removed from the lake. Money
could also be used for an aquatic plant survey. Mr. Zagar stated the goal is to educate the
public and encourage them to clean boats and trailers. Chairman Chiaverotti suggested
signage for the times when attendants are not present.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.

Commissioner Borgman made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Wolfe seconded;
motion carried.
