CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were Commissioners Madden, Kubacki, Engelhardt, Di Pronio, Borgman, Hammel and
Wolfe, and Conservation Coordinator Zagar and Finance & Administration Director Mueller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING - March 25, 2014
Commissioner Borgman made a motion to approve the March 25, 2014 minutes.
Commissioner Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Payment of Voucher for Weed Treatment
Commissioner Kubacki made a motion to approve the voucher for Marine
Biochemists in an amount not to exceed $3,500 for Weed Treatment. Commissioner
Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
OLD BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant
Growth, Fish and Wildlife
Conservation Coordinator Zagar reported the following:
The dam is open.
Water level is currently 5" higher than normal.
Weed treatment was applied to 14 acres of the lake and Bass Bay.
Some nuisance plants will be added to the permit in the future so they can be
eradicated.
The DNR's survey indicated that a decent amount of fish survived the harsh winter.
Northern Pike will be stocked this year.
Bald eagle nest has two young.
Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by DNR
The Conservation Coordinator reported that the DNR plans to do a restoration of wetlands on
a large tract of land it owns on the southwest part of the lake.

Commissioner Wolfe made a motion to adjourn at 7:10 pm. Commissioner Borgman
seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
